I love the idea of setting goals for myself, so I've decided to join everybody on the Rosie Radio Blog and Rosie herself and set some goals for myself for the coming year. I will make some additions after I think about this more, but this is what I know I want to work on for now:
1. Eat fewer simple carbohydrates
2. Track my food daily on fitday.com
3. Weigh myself daily
4. Continue working towards Pilates teaching certification
5. Meditate 2-3 times weekly for 20 minutes
6. Focus on changing/eliminating negative thoughts
Well, that's enough for now, I will be adjusting as necessary.
